How we store & share your data

The information of club members is securely stored offline and in locked facilities at a private address. We do not share personal information of any kind with any individual or organisation unless it is by prior consent and arrangement for the benefit of a club member.

  • Physical addresses of Club Members
  • Contact details of Club Members

We store information for the duration of the club membership and we will update your details upon request. Should any membership come to an end we will dispose of your information in its entirety. There are two exceptions:

  • If you choose to continue receiving news from us. In this instance we will retain your preferred contact method strictly for that purpose.
  • Another member of your household is still a member of the club. In this instance we will contact them and manage their membership in the regular manner.

In all instances the GDPR rights of each individual apply.
